In just two weeks, Commissum will be Exhibiting at Public Sector Cyber Security Scotland, hosted at the prestigious Dynamic Earth venue in Edinburgh famously know for its magnificent roof, glass structure and breath-taking surroundings.
Taking place on the 28th February, Cyber Security Scotland is expected to attract 300 senior delegates from across local government, central government, universities, health boards and other public bodies. The conference will be covering a whole host of topics relevant for today’s security landscape including: best practices for preventing, detecting and responding to attacks, most recent developments in cyber security policies and current and emerging threats within a national and international context.
On the day, delegates can expect to be immersed in the conversation and take away instantly actionable tips through a series of keynote presentations, panel discussions, question and answer sessions and networking opportunities with like minded people.
If you’re planning on attending this sell out event, you will be able to find the Commissum team situated within the Demo Zone where throughout the day we will be depicting the types of attacks the public sector is subject to by running a live visual demonstration of global cyberattacks happening in real-time on a honeypot infrastructure. We will also be at hand to answer all the questions you may have regarding our services, so if you have any queries don’t hesitate to come over to our stand and discuss how we can help your organisation.
At 13:20 our very own Frank Green will be running a 15-minute demonstration which you are all of course invited to though numbers are limited. He will be presenting how Commissum’s cloud-based Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform detects and alerts suspicious behaviour in real time and how our 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC) Threat Analysts layer the technology with human intelligence. This is an unmissable demonstration for those of you interested in detecting your organisations network threats in real time, improving incident response capabilities and streamlining compliance.
For more information, you can find the full agenda online now, and we’re excited to see you all there.
